Previously as Agency Communications Manager, I developed and lead the social strategy (content, creative, messaging, etc.) for all of our agency social platforms.

 

I saw a significant rise in followers and engagement after taking over the role and implementing a new social plan in 2022, especially on Instagram. We saw a 76.2% increase in engagement within my first 6 months.
