In addition to leading development of all awards campaigns for my agency, I take pride in personally crafting each write-up required. This involves collaborating closely with multiple departments to weave together the narrative behind our work, ensuring it's presented in the most compelling manner possible.
A Doll's House: I'm a Human Being
This was entered and won Gold at the 2023 Muse Creative Awards.

Our goal was to craft a spot that not only highlighted the timeless themes of A Doll’s House but also showcased the central character, Nora, portrayed by Jessica Chastain, in alignment with Jamie Lloyd's contemporary vision. The heart of the production thrives on the intensity found within the tiniest of spaces: the unspoken words, a subtle turn, or even the entrance into a room.
To mirror this essence, we devised a sweeping and dynamic camera movement, commencing with a wide shot of Jessica Chastain and gradually zooming in until her pupil fills the entire frame. In this single shot, Chastain's emotive prowess conveys a spectrum of powerful emotions, offering viewers a glimpse of the emotional journey the show promises.
As we reach the closest angle, we unveil the show's billing. Chastain's voiceover, recorded on set, mirrors the raw emotional delivery she captured in her performance. It may be hushed, but its impact is far from subtle. This approach encapsulated the essence of the show and its central character, leaving an indelible impression on the audience. This video also the set the tone of what would become the overall aesthetic of the show’s content: leaning into neutral grays, simplicity, and darkness to emphasize the drama of the story.
Funny Girl: Hello, Gorgeous. Hello, Lea.
This was entered and won Gold at the 2023 Muse Creative Awards.

"Hello, Gorgeous, Hello, Lea," served as an awe-inspiring tribute to Lea Michele's taking over the title role in the iconic Broadway production of Funny Girl and giving audiences a first taste of what was in store.
The video was shot in a timeless black and white documentary style, offering an intimate glimpse into the journey of Michele as she prepared to step into the legendary shoes of this beloved character.
Through shots of Lea in rehearsals, viewers are invited to witness the Glee alum's unwavering dedication and undeniable talent as she hones her craft. As the narrative unfolds, Lea Michele's profound connection with her fellow cast mates becomes evident, adding a layer of authenticity that resonates deeply.
The pinnacle of the video arrives as Lea's powerful voice reverberates through the recording studio, showcasing her remarkable prowess with a soul-stirring rendition of "I'm the Greatest Star." This moment encapsulates not only her immense vocal range but also her unwavering commitment to embracing the essence of the character.
Debuting across broadcast and social platforms on August 18th, 2022, the video achieved unprecedented success. Within an hour of its release, it garnered 1 million views on official channels, a testament to the anticipation that surrounded Michele stepping into the role. Presently, the video continues its meteoric rise with over 7 million organic views across platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook.
Elevated by its widespread coverage and earned impressions, "Hello Gorgeous, Hello Lea" resonates as a true testament to Lea Michele's ability to carry forward the legacy of Funny Girl while igniting excitement among eager audiences.

New York, New York: Creating NYC Nostalgia for Broadway
This was entered and won Gold at the 2023 Muse Creative Awards.

Our TV commercial development for the Broadway launch of New York, New York posed a significant challenge. We were faced with a unique situation: there was only a show script, no traditional out-of-town tryout, and the cast had just been assembled.
In response to this challenge, we seized the opportunity to shape a creative vision for a musical that was still in its infancy. Our decision was to shoot everything in a single location, executing a dozen different setups.
Our primary goal? To create a commercial that encapsulated the very essence of the show itself – a story about artists with big dreams striving to make it in the greatest city in the world. In essence, it was a heartfelt love letter to both New York and Broadway.
Following the release of our commercial across various media platforms, press outlets, and social media channels, we witnessed an immediate surge in ticket sales throughout the domestic US. Moreover, our efforts drove a remarkable increase of 19,000 daily unique users to the New York, New York website, a substantial boost from the previous daily count of 1,000 unique users.
What's truly exciting is that the show's producers were so enamored with certain moments from our video that they decided to incorporate them into the actual live performance when it premiered on Broadway. The result? New York, New York soared to remarkable early financial success, raking in $1.5 million in sales early in its run.
